The Creative Mind Behind the Tales
Lana Kitić is a pharmacist and a mum of two who wrote ‘’Modern Fables With Questions For Children to Reflect’’ while on her maternity leave. Inspired by ‘’Aesop’s Fables’’ which she read to her elder daughter, Lana felt that modern children would benefit from new stories that teach important life lessons, while presenting contemporary challenges and wisdom. With her book, Lana aims to help parents worldwide in raising resilient, confident and caring children. By adding the engaging and reflective questions after each story, Lana seeks for children to feel heard and connected to their parents through open communication. Ultimately, Lana hopes that the book that instills morals, promotes healthy parent-child relationship and encourages children to speak their minds and develop critical thinking will make the world a better place for future generations.
