The Creative Mind Behind the Tales

I was born in Zagreb, Croatia, in 1994, where I studied Pharmaceutical Sciences at the University of Zagreb. I moved to Cork, Ireland in 2017, where I met my husband. I was a busy pharmacy manager and a full-time pharmacist when I went on my maternity leave in mid-2024, during which I wrote Modern Fables for Children. I really loved reading Aesop’s Fables to my elder daughter, but I felt children nowadays would benefit from new stories that focus on contemporary challenges and basic wisdom.  What started with Poem for Marta a few years back, developed into a book I poured my heart into, wanting to empower, not only my own daughters, but also children around the world. The book connected me and my daughter in a beautiful way, and I believe it had a lasting positive impact on her. Ultimately, I hope that my book helps children find their inner strength, promotes healthy parent-child relationships, and encourages kids to speak their minds, making the world a better place for future generations.
